The Role:

A fantastic opportunity to join the team at Credit Style Ltd. You will receive training covering administrative processes and procedures while working towards a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.

Duties will include:
  • To efficiently process inbound and outbound written communications, including updating accounts with physical and electronic correspondence, and making the decision of how to progress and/or flag accounts appropriately
  • Maintain Case Management System with a range of types of updates
  • Opening post and then scanning and distributing to other teams
  • Processing legal documentation including sending instructions to court and serving documents returned from court
  • Progressing accounts by reviewing suitability for legal action, and progressing updates given by High Court Enforcement Officers
  • Preparing and posting payment slips to customers and updating central records with details of those sent
  • Assessing returned post and returned legal documentation and updating accounts accordingly
  • General administration support for other team members

  • GCSE Maths and English Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)

The successful candidate will study a Business Administrator Level 3 Standard. This will be aided by an assessor who will carry out all assessments as work-based learning within the workplace.

Working Hours and Wage:

37.5 Hours Per Week. Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.30pm

£187.50 per week

Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £4.30 per hour. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
