You will be a member of the continuing care team and the department is responsible for undertaking the assessment of individuals in nursing, residential homes and in their own home.
You will support the Business Manager, to coordinate the management of Financial reports including monthly and quarterly activity and expenditure.
Activity for the Statutory returns. You will work with clinicians and administrators to commission Placements and packages of care within agreed budgets and complete the appropriate documentation.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring effective liaison and partnership working with key stakeholders within the area in particular:
SCCG Continuing Care Clinical Team
SCCG Finance team
Local Authorities and other partner organisations
Acute Trusts Discharge Teams
A big part of this role is to assist with the invoicing for the department, therefore you will have previous experience within accounting and or finance.
This is a part time position covering 2 to 3 days per week - days and hours to be confirmed.
