Student Cribs are looking for motivated, reliable and personable candidates for multiple Assistant Portfolio Manager roles in our Central London headquarters, with experience covering Sales and Marketing.
A little bit about us…. Student Cribs provide high-quality houses and accommodation for students looking for the best standard of living at University, operating in 23 Cities across the UK. Student Cribs was founded by Charlie Vaughan-Lee and born out of frustration due to the abundantly average properties available to students.
This role will be working closely with the team of Portfolio Managers and the Marketing department, assisting with the sales and management of properties (responsibilities listed below) and marketing activity.
This role is designed for an outgoing, confident and enthusiastic individual who will be, required to work well within a team but also have the ability to adapt, be flexible and support other departments during peak periods.
Whilst the role will be primarily based in London, you’ll have the opportunity to visit other great cities within the UK, this will include attending open days, viewings and house visits.
Daily Calendar Management
Using in house software for; Making outbound calls / Viewing follow up / Lead call outs
Taking messages for other departments
Taking inbound calls : Often dealing with tenant/guarantor queries
Assigning reported maintenance to regional maintenance teams/contractors
Following up with contractors to close any open/overdue jobs
Booking in viewings
Reviewing tenancy agreements : This will include familiarizing yourself with the clauses within our contracts
Responding to tenant and guarantor queries via email
Daily organisation of emails
Reaching and exceeding outbound call targets : Often this includes a prize for the winner!
Chasing documentation Including checking and approving documents received in relation to new tenancies
Use LiveChat to respond to incoming enquiries
Supporting the Marketing department as required
Great team working skills (Could be shown through school sports/clubs )
Exceptional communication skills
Confident, with the ability to work well under pressure (Could be demonstrated through presentations and deadlines )
Diverse in your abilities and able to adapt to new roles (Demonstrated through working with others/taking on new challenges)
Proactive approach to work with good attention to detail (Demonstrated through the taking up of new courses or challenges to improve overall performance. )

You will also work closely with other departments within the company, with opportunities to learn about their roles and to become involved in what they do. DETAILS & BENEFITS
Hours: 9am-6pm Monday – Thursday, 9am-5pm Friday
Pay: £20,000 pro rata for the period worked
A free breakfast will be provided in the office, daily
