Graduates joining our Digital Programme could work in the following functions:
The InDigital team lead the way on everything from global projects and organisational design to delivery costs and quality targets, delivering digital initiatives at pace. We focus on three fundamentals:
• Leading – create value through innovative analytics solutions.
• Analytics – deep technical knowledge with combination of the applied best analytics practice.
• Professionals – developing commercial awareness and knowledge about Jaguar Land Rover culture, vision and key strategic initiatives.
If InDigital is the engine, you’ll be a core component, building a strong foundation in analytics from day one. In your first year alone, you’ll be given the training, industry-leading tools and hands on, live project experience that brings in problem structuring, data wrangling, modelling and visualisation, data science and analytics strategy. In year two, you’ll have the clarity to focus on developing a specialism (Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Office), and the confidence to mentor new graduates.

Our analytics graduates play a pivotal role in reviewing and benchmarking global property operating costs, helping to ensure we develop and maintain an efficient estate. And you’ll also directly drive movement, taking the Property Department into a highly data driven and analytical era.
Human Resources (HR):
The People Analytics team is an integral part of the HR function, working with business and HR senior leaders to drive the People agenda. We are an expert functional analytics “hub”, working closely with the Analytics Centre of Excellence to advance our capability, processes and products.
From the beginning you’ll get involved in people analytics projects – prioritising projects which are strategically important or complex and require skills only available within the team. You’ll play a key role in developing the analytics capability within the HR function and developing a culture of data-based decision making by moving from instinct based people decisions to use of analytical dashboards and predictive modelling by business and HR leaders.
Our Customer Service team’s purpose is to delight our customers, ensuring that globally they receive the highest quality service experience every time. Whether that be through helping technicians to fix fast, first time through best-in-class diagnosis and repair, a strong focus on quality, or ensuring the efficient and effective management of parts and inventory through our supply chain. This will be underpinned by a digital transformation that is grounded in a strong culture of data-led decision-making, that you will help support and develop through your two-year graduate programme.
Excellence runs throughout our entire business, and we expect you to be the same. You will have or expect to achieve a 2:2 degree or higher. We are particularly keen to receive applications from students with a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths) background but more important than that is a passion for analytics and problem solving, the curiosity to understand a business problem and explore innovative solutions, the confidence to champion new initiatives, strong numerical skills and be an excellent communicator.
