Who you’ll be working with

Joining the Salesforce, Oracle & Workday or SAP team, you will be at the heart of making sure our clients are making the most of their relevant platform, ensuring they are achieving full business value. As these are some of the fastest growing areas in Capgemini, you’ll be at the forefront of exploring the unlimited potential of some of the world’s most engaging IT projects.

The Focus of Your Role

From resource planning to closing deals, our worldwide customers rely on us to provide them with the technology that will give their business an extra edge. Immersed in the world of technical project delivery, you will define and develop your consultancy skills to take a variety of well-known private and public sector brands to the next level.  We’ll expose you to a range of roles from Technical Architect to Database Administrator, so you can decide where your future lies.

What you’ll bring

  • A bachelor’s degree, ideally in Computer Science or Business Information Systems.
  • Plenty of excitement about the power of technology, and the effect it can have on business – along with the capacity to learn more in a fast-paced environment
  • A basic knowledge of the tools and languages used to write code would be beneficial.
  • Outstanding communication skills – our clients need to feel confident that you understand their requirements.
  • The ability to convey complex coding concepts in jargon-free language to a non-technical audience.

What we’ll offer you

An industry-leading career. Access to innovative projects – and entrepreneurial colleagues. A team atmosphere where horizon-expanding challenges are matched with limitless professional opportunities. At Capgemini, we don’t just have a passion for the potential within technology, we live and breathe it. It’s a passion that our people share too. So if you want to work in an organisation that celebrates ambition and creativity, and rewards hard work with a flexible benefits package that can be tailored to your life-stage, then you’ll be a natural fit here.

Why we’re different

At Capgemini, we know that one solution doesn’t fit all. We appreciate that outstanding technical solutions become all the more outstanding when ingenuity is applied to a thought-process. Additional Information

Some of our roles may require security clearance. To meet security clearance requirements, you will need to have lived in the UK for the past five years. If you have spent more than six months outside the UK in that period, we will unfortunately not be able to consider you for the role.

At Capgemini, academics form part of our overall hiring decision but we don’t screen out purely on the basis of academic performance. We will assess your suitability for a role using a number of tools including strengths and critical reasoning assessments, video assessment and assessment centres.

Company

We often describe Capgemini as “a global leader in consulting, technology and outsourcing services”. What this means is that we help companies and public sector organisations improve their businesses through smart, appropriate use of technology systems.

We can advise our clients on how to do this (the “consulting” part of our description), and if required implement and improve the actual systems (the “technology” part). We can also manage and run clients’ IT systems on their behalf (the “outsourcing” part). We always look for ways to improve their experience and save them money, for example

by putting some of their systems in the cloud or collaborating with colleagues in other countries.

We work in over 40 countries, and have more than 180,000 employees. Many of our clients are names you’ll recognise, from UK Government departments to Manchester Airports Group and Nationwide Building Society.
