You will be part of a busy Services Support Desk, managing a variety of incidents and requests relating to Building Management Systems (BMS), including but not limited to; Heating, Ventilation & Air-Con (HVAC), from a variety of well know clients across the UK & Europe.
Experience & Skills
We are looking for the right person, so qualifications are not as important. What we are looking for is either IT Service Desk experience or someone who has a passion for tech and customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
Good computer literacy
Any knowledge of Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, RDM, Cylon, SQL, Python, Java, mlanguage, dax,
Existing Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) OR Facilities Management (FM) experience
The role is working a mix of shifts covering 7 days a week. The shifts are 6am - 2pm / 10am - 6pm / 2pm - 10pm.
Salary & Remuneration
Excellent Basic Salary up to GBP25,000 dependent on experience
