My client are a market leading business who offer excellent training and career progression as you develop into the role in your first 6 months. The CS team are a close knit team who work extremely well together to consistently achieve targets and you will receive on site training.
The main duties of the role will include:-
Work to agreed standard and service level agreements to provide excellent customer service
Assisting and supporting the team to achieve the teams 'on time' delivery targets
Working closely with the planning team to ensure customers requirements are fulfilled within agreed operational lead time
Dealing with receipt, tuning, and booking of sales orders and issuing order confirmations within agreed service levels
Ensuring reports to customers detailing supply lines are issued within correct time frames
Handling customer queries and complaints
Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and internal departments; attend customer visits where necessary; participate actively in team meetings.
Provide regular KPI reporting to track progress against target to improve performance.Profile

Fluency in European language(s) as well as English
