Award winning consultancy seeking a PQS Graduate Quantity Surveyor to work alongside a Director of the business on a national key account of the business based out of Liverpool.

Job Title: Graduate Quantity Surveyor (PQS)
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
Remuneration: GBP20,000-GBP25,000 basic salary (negotiable dependent on experience) + excellent benefits

With a strong presence in arts leisure and tourism this is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to work alongside a very experienced Director with a key multi million GBP spending client of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor seeking career advancement opportunity with a clear route of progression to taking on a lead Quantity Surveyor role working with a longstanding, privately owned, cash rich client of the business.

Your Role
You will join a team of 7 PQS surveyors in the Liverpool office working on a mixture of schemes across the pubs and leisure industries. Key duties include: project management, estimates, cost plans, final accounts, measurements, valuations. All pre and post contract work across new build and some refurbishment schemes.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will want to develop their skills academically by becoming chartered and get involved in pre and post contract work within the leisure, hospitality or retail sectors. You will be hard working and flexible. You will be client facing and able to develop key relationships.
