Manpower, in partnership with a leading IT Client based in Erskine, are currently recruiting for Business Development Apprentice who has a passion for communication and marketing. The role is current home based with a mix of home/office working planned for the future.

This is a fully supported, structured entry level role that provides candidates with a career path within the IT industry, and it is an ideal opportunity for an individual ready to take the first step in their sales career. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent school or college leaver as no experience is necessary and full training will be provided.

The role of the Business Development Apprentice will be to contact commercial and enterprise organizations across a variety of sectors, establishing key IT decision makers to identify new business opportunities for IT solutions. Candidates will have real responsibilities to allow them to develop their career and will be supported by an in-depth training and coaching plan, supported by our L&D Team and Apprenticeship provider. The training includes a structured onboarding schedule which involves a combination of on the job work related activities, training workshops and online learning. As an Apprentice you will gain valuable experience as well as a Level 6 Diploma in Digital Applications.

You will be working in a fast paced environment and will be highly motivated, driven and demonstrate good organisational skills. You will also be an excellent communicator, have a high attention to detail and a positive attitude to your work and studies.

The Apprenticeship will last 12 months with excellent career prospects and the potential opportunity to progress into a permanent role upon completion.
