They're now looking for ambitious and driven graduates to join their team of Account Executives and further accelerate their growth through driving new business opportunities.

Account Executive Package:

A competitive basic salary of GBP25,000
Fantastic Y1 OTE of up to GBP50,000!

Account Executive Role:

Gain a comprehensive knowledge of Hicomply, their offering and the market they operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with prospects and clients
Use a variety of researching tools and techniques to generate your own sales leads and prospects
Drive opportunities with inbound leads as well as your own generated prospects through phone calls, emails and social channels, initiating an interest in Hicomply's software and suggesting the benefits it could offer their business
Book meetings with your target accounts in order to further understand their requirements and run demonstrations of Hicomply's Information Security Management Software platform
Maintain strong communication with your accounts both prospect and existing, ensuring sales are closed, and seeking any cross and up-sell opportunities should they arise
Manage the company CRM system, ensuring all sales related activity and client information is input in an accurate and timely manner
Account Executive Requirements:

Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
Must be willing to travel to Newcastle to work 2 days a week
Comfortable working in a target driven environment
Computer literate
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
