Who are we looking for

We are looking for a proactive & positive support worker who will work effectively work in our adult outpatients service. The successful candidate will demonstrate Trust values at the core of their day to day working to ensure provision of quality patient focused care.

The focus of the post is to prepare , assist in provision of , and ensure successful completion of outpatient services for our outpatients , whilst working with clinical multidisciplinary teams with in the specialties of Orthopaedics, rheumatology , and metabolic medicine .

This role is for someone who is willing to lead by example , able to mentor , support ,train other support workers, apprentices & students in all aspects of the HCSW role .Technical skills required will include phlebotomy , ECG taking , splint fitting , physiological measurements (training will be provided as required )
