Detailed Job Description:

Intequal, in partnership with the Microsoft Apprenticeship Programme are currently recruiting for an energetic individual to join a fantastic company as a Technical Cloud Apprentice. This is a great opportunity to earn while you learn and gain on the job experience to kickstart your career in IT.

As a Technical Cloud Apprentice your main roles and responsibilities will include:

Meeting customers through virtual meetings, email communications and chat. There may be some opportunities for in-person communication.

Supporting customers through the varied range of communication methods.

Assisting with troubleshooting & diagnosing problems within the organisations internal systems. There may be opportunities to work with clients in their environments to help diagnose and resolve ICT problems and faults.

Scoping and building specifications for customer solutions, with the assistance of other technical consultants within the business.

Helping customers to understand and apply the correct level of security within their environments. There will be a need to apply and keep up to date on internal security policies within the companys Microsoft 365 environment.

With the stream of the companys work being on Microsoft 365, you will be required to work with different software within the M365 stack. This means being exposed to a mix of technologies with different problems/issues.

Working with software and cloud technologies cabling and hardware will not be a part of this role. The role will involve different methods of testing to ensure solutions are fully functional. Testing will need to take place for things such as M365 deployments, SharePoint builds and configurations, along with Power Platform solutions builds.

Throughout the duration of the apprenticeship, you will receive Microsoft training and accreditation through blended learning. This combines online technical training within a virtual classroom, as well as real-world and practical experience with your employer. The certifications you gain are highly respected and globally recognised. The skills, knowledge and experience you will gain whilst on the programme are invaluable, giving you the best possible start in your professional career within the IT industry.

Skills Required:

You will be highly organized with excellent communication skills

You will have superb IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft 365 and a base knowledge of hardware & software.
