WAYMAN Education is looking for driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultants to join a rapidly expanding recruitment company.

From day one you'll be working directly alongside one of our directors and receive first hand training. You'll be joining a unique environment where the culture is about succeeding together. We help one another to succeed, share candidate pool and have no internal politics.
You'll effectively be working a business inside a business with the allocation of several boroughs which will be yours to service. This is a 360-recruitment role covering all elements of the value chain. This includes speaking and meeting both candidates and clients to fulfil their specific requirements. A typical day revolves around registering candidates, arranging interviews, negotiating, advertising and recruiting for schools on a daily, temporary and permanent basis.
The typical recruitment week requires consultants to be available on their phones after hours and in order to succeed, a number of the best consultants typically work a 55-60 hour week. While we offer above market compensation within our commission structure the role itself requires constant perseverance and resilience. You'll have to be available on your phone from 7am with the typical day ending around 6.30pm.
Our office hours work on a split shift of 7-5 and 9-6 however a number of our successful consultants will work considerably longer than the hours set due to the nature of recruitment.
We trade 195 days of the year and during the half-term and summer breaks we offer reduced hours as we understand everyone needs rest and recuperation.
While you don't need any prior qualifications to recruit at Wayman we require the right attitude above all else. We want team players that are committed and will help you develop all the skill set required to achieve an excellent financial package alongside personal growth.
