Dealing with customers in stores and by telephone. Help desk supervision
Pitching products and solutions
Follow up calls where products and solutions have been pitched
Keeping accurate records of existing and new clients
Logging and tracking calls
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
We are offiering an Apprenticeship training course
Sales executive (level 4).
We will support the candidate throughout the process and offer promotion following successful completion and continued support onto further studies.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
We are looking to offer full time employment upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship. We believe in developing our talent internally and have a clear and personalised progression route for each of our employees which is reviewed annually
