Day to day tasks will involve assisting with talent relationships, organising seeding of content/product, keeping talent up to date with product whereabouts, general housekeeping, and administrative tasks as an important part of a fast moving and agile team, and assisting on community engagement moments which centre around cultural calendar events and moments.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Follow a strategic influencer strategy to help with the increase brand awareness, social engagement, follower growth and website traffic
  • Identify, locate, and engage with key influencers when required
  • Supporting on 3rd party brand and Size? campaigns and projects across all digital spaces
  • Being involved in and on occasion leading Size? talent & ambassador campaigns/projects ensuring we are working with the most relevant talent per activation, as well as the most engaging
  • Administrative work including reporting, presentation prep, contract & budget logs, communication with talent/ambassadors regarding products
  • Work with the executive team to continually monitor competitor activity and relevant creative sources for inspiration and share with the wider team
  • Produce weekly competitor reports based on activity in the marketplace, channel, with whom and what product(s)/events are being promoted
  • Involvement in the set-up, facilitation and monitoring of new talent & community initiatives such as affiliate influencers
  • Updating of gifting log and accurate record keeping of daily items sent
  • Work with the T&C executive team to help create product stories/content, cultural moments and generally drive excitement, innovation, and engagement
  • Working with the social media team closely to ensure that influencer posts and social trend knowledge are being shared & utilised when and where appropriate

Requirements and prospects

  • Knowledge of influencer marketing
  • Knowledge of commercial multi-channel marketing and functions
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of all associated platforms and channels in use for relevant influencers/talent marketing
  • Ability to assist with and run regular influencer events, both physical & digital.
  • Good organisational skills
  • Written skills and email/ correspondence etiquette desirable
  • Knowledge of how to use the Google apps tool set (e.g., Google Sheets etc.)

  • Passion for the brand, products, a positive attitude, and matching work ethic
  • Good visionfor trends and developing trends across all social platforms

Desired qualifications

  • 5 GCSEs grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English and maths)
