What will the apprentice be doing?
1. Utilising the historic data & trends complete the planning and the implementation of department and product strategy for sales, profit and stock in line with agreed objectives and in line with the critical path dates.
2. To manage all elements of range planning, sales planning, space planning, profit planning and terminal stock.
3. To review sales, space, stock, profit performance and trends to maximise sales and margin.
4. To ensure optimum merchandise availability.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will be given all relevantin house training to complete your role.
Along with this you will gain a buying and merchandising qualification. This will be delivered in the workplace with continued support form you assessor coach and workplace mentor.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Once you have completed your qualification you will be given the opportunity to progress to the next level within the team.
