Greenbrook Healthcare, a subsidiary of Totally plc is currently looking to recruit Bank Receptionists to work in our Urgent Treatment Centres across London on a zero hour basis working flexibly to meet the needs of the service.

  • Ealing Hospital UTC, Ealing
  • Hillingdon Hospital UTC, Hillingdon
  • Kings College Hospital UTC, Denmark Hill
  • Princess Royal University Hospital UTC, Bromley
  • Queen Elizabeth Hospital UTC, Greenwich
  • Northwick Park Hospital UTC, Harrow
  • St Marys Hospital UTC, Paddington
  • Watford General Hospital UTC, Watford
  • West Middlesex Hospital UTC, Hounslow

The Bank Receptionist will provide a comprehensive support service carrying out general reception and clerical duties including data inputting on to designated IT systems within the Urgent Treatment are Centre to ensure the smooth running of the unit. The Bank Receptionist will receive all visitors of the Urgent Treatment Centre with courtesy and efficiency, directing them as appropriate and acting as a focal point for enquiries.

The Successful Candidate will have working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as having experience of using filing systems. Experience in using Adastra is an advantage but not essential as training will be given. Having the ability to use initiative and work without supervision is essential. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a reception/administrative environment and working with computerised data systems. Previous NHS or public sector environment experience is desirable.
