CLINICAL APPLICATIONS ASSISTANT

IG/CAM

£18,546 - £19,918 per annum/pro rata (AfC Band 2)

37.5 hours per week - PERMANENT

This role is a fantastic opportunity for apprentices who are currently studying for NVQ Level 2/3, apprentices should note that the salary would be Agenda for Change Annex U trainee rate (75% max of band) until they have completed their apprenticeship.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work within the clinical application support team.

The post holder will work to provide effective administrative, service desk 1st line support and issue resolution support, working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation, responding to enquiries from any customers, that require the support with application issues and user account management.

The post holder will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have a customer focussed attitude, the ability to communicate issues and resolutions to system users.

Previous experience of working within a helpdesk/call logging role would also be advantageous.

You will support with the implementation of new systems within the Trust, supporting existing systems and finding new ways of innovating the way we work. To assist with the management, development and support of core BHNFT Clinical Applications.

Standard Check: £23.00 + Administration cost of £3.69 = deduction from salary as a one off payment.

Enhanced Check: £40.00 + administration cost of £3.69 = £13.69 deduction from 1st months' salary, £10.00 deduction from salary over following 3 months.
