Graduate Executive Researcher Role:

Gain a thorough knowledge of the company offering, the market it operates within and its competitors, in order to engage in valuable conversations
Analyse the market and create effective search strategies to identify relevant executives for live mandates and other business development projects
Identify target organisations and candidates that match the brief, expanding this knowledge when performing candidate calls
Work closely with the project lead consultant to manage the end-to-end hire of a successful placement, within the agreed timescales
Maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
Graduate Business Development Executive Requirements:

Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised
Excellent time management skills
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
