You'll be working for Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS) in a hybrid role (Coventry Office /Remote working). Providing administrative support to the Bid Team in support of submitting high quality PQQ's and Tender submissions for Public Sector opportunities (mainly Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance Contracts).

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team of a growing brand within the Saint-Gobain Group in an Apprentice Administrator role.

After successful completion of a probationary period you will, as part of your development into the role, undertake a nationally recognized Level 3 Business Administrator Programme.

The programme will develop your key skills in organisational operations, business fundamentals, refined decision making and growing and deeper and more knowledgeable understanding of the business environment.

Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
English and Maths GCSE - Level 4 as a minimumDesirable

Proficient IT skills - Including in all MS Office applications and maybe CRM/Database systems (Salesforce)
Strong GCSE and/or A level results

What will I be doing in the role?

In this role you will be;

Monitoring/managing Inboxes for all bid related traffic - Co-ordinate the emails and communicating to the relevant stakeholders within the business.
Maintaining filing systems and following processes
Search available services for a range of Tendering opportunities using predefined criteria
Carry out initial filtering of opportunities (after training and guidance)
Administration of the opportunities through to submission
Supporting Bid Managers with clarification processes
You will provide a central coordinated support to the Bid Team by:
Setting up of various team calls though an online diary system
Completing forms and associated documents to support submissions etc

Additional Activities include:

Co-ordinating and completing SAQs [Supplier Approval Questionnaires [supported by other Bid Team Members]
Adhering to strict submission deadlines and organising own workload appropriately

Team Tasks:

Working with the rest of the Bid Team to develop an effective library of information and liaise with other departments to keep this updated
