This is a fantastic opportunity to join as an IT Graduate (Systems Support) in a hybrid role with Off-Site Solutions where you are responsible for supporting and maintaining user access to critical business support applications.

As an IT Graduate (Systems Support) member you will be involved in:

Assisting in supporting pc users across multiple businesses and branches through UK&I
Provide support and maintenance to users on Business Critical Applications
User access maintenance to our ERP/SOP applications.
Support application testing and upgrades to our CAD based design applications.
Maintaining business starters and leavers processes.
Recording application licencing and maintaining user permission register.
Carry out monthly maintenance routines on backend user profiles and databases.
Assisting with Industrial Machinery applications on our dedicated network.
Support the businesses on Disaster Recovery processes and Business Continuity planning.
Provide system reports and analysis as required
Creating and maintaining system process documentation detailing best practice and procedures.
Promote IT Security best practice and company policies related to CyberSecurity.

To be suitable for the IT Graduate (Systems Support) role you will have:

Further education in an IT Science subject (college/university level).
A-Level Mathematics and GCSE English or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong customer service skills.
Problem solving and prioritising skills.
Demonstrate a strong analytical mind-set.
Ability to work as part of a team but also able to work alone.
Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.
Experience in supporting CAD design based applications. (desirable)
An understanding of the fundamentals of databases. (desirable)
MS Active Directory understanding. (desirable)
