Salary - GBP20-25k depending on experience
- Dealing with customer queries over the phone and via email
- Providing quotations for customers
- Processing customer order accurately
- General office administration
- Helping out around the office as and when required
- Input all sales orders
- Confirm with customer sales orders, prices and delivery dates
- Create shipping labels for orders dispatched from Watford
- Obtain shipping quotes
- Creation of commercial invoices
