Job Title: Customer Service Apprentice - Level 2 or 3

Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex

Salary: GBP12,480 per annum

Full time: Monday - Friday, 9am - 17:30pm

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Apprentice to join their growing team in Haywards Heath. This is an exciting opportunity to join a sustainable and local company to gain a qualification and develop your skills.


  • Answering customer enquiries
  • Providing information about products or services
  • Making product suggestions and recommendations
  • Responding to customer complaints
  • Feeding issues back to the wider business
  • Issuing refunds
  • Assisting the director with projects and Query's
  • General Administration
  • Meeting organisation
  • Note taking
  • HR Assistance

Desired qualifications

  • GCSE English and Maths - minimum grade 4 / C (or equivalent)
