Our client are now looking for ambitious and driven graduates to join their team of Business Development Executives in their Exeter office, and further drive new business opportunities for their ever-expanding enterprise.

Graduate Business Development Executive Package:

A competitive basic salary of GBP25,000-GBP27,000

Graduate Business Development Executive Role:

Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the company offering and the market it operates within, in order to have valuable conversations with clients and prospects
Perform regular outreach to target accounts to drive new business, using phone-based activity, emails and social selling
Create an initial interest in the company offering with key decision makers and book sales meetings for senior members of the sales team- once you are comfortable in the role you will run some of these meetings yourself
Manage existing client accounts, maintaining regular contact to ensure satisfaction and contract renewal, whilst seeking cross and up-sell opportunities should they arise
Attend networking events and exhibitions to further build new business relationships and opportunities
Work closely with other teams in the business, supporting them with campaigns
Manage and maintain the CRM system, inputting all sales activity and client information
Graduate Business Development Executive Requirements:

Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
IT literate
Organised, with excellent time management skills
A team player, who can also work autonomously
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
