JOB ROLE: Recruitment Coordinator

HOURS: Full time, Permanent
SALARY: GBP30,000 - GBP35,000

What is the purpose of your role:
You will be spearheading the company's internal recruitment drive and building the strategy to triple in size over the next 18 months. Always looking for top achievers, game-changers, and innovators to join this rapidly growing team of rockstars!
Activity take their value proposition to the market to attract top new talent.
Liaise with the Operations Manager to create an effective internal hiring process.
Manage day-to-day interview arrangements.
Using various online channels and job boards to market the company's roles via the internal ATS.
Liaising with the Marketing function to develop an effective internal hiring campaign.
Create new joiner packs and training plans for future employees.
Candidate screening and interviewing.
Liaise with external suppliers to provide feedback where required.
Work with the company directors to devise a long-term and data-driven hiring strategy.
Arrange and attend career and recruitment events such as university fairs when required
What background you will need to be successful:
1 - 4 years' experience as an in-house recruiter, recruitment consultant, or RPO setting, have a passion for finding, hiring, assessing top talent
Experience in first-hand interviewing of junior candidates.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent time management skills and able to juggle multiple roles and headcount.
Extremely pro-active, ambitious and be a self-starter.
Operate with a strong understanding of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion practices in order to attract candidates from underrepresented groups.
Experience with managing and implementing inclusive hiring techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communications.
