The Role as a Graduate Business Development Representative:

Your role is to call prospects about their credit and debit card processing, to generate some interest in the 123 Send proposition and to book an appointment for the sales Team. Your day will consist of making outbound calls to prospects who have received an email about our services as well as qualifying and establishing the needs of prospects who have approached us.

You need to be driven and ambitious with a clear focus on your customer's needs. There is a strong emphasis on training and coaching across the business as a culture of learning and development is nurtured. You will be trained, coached and then empowered to grow your build your sales pipeline.The environment has been created to reflect our culture and we put a strong emphasis on bringing out the very best in our people. The package you will receive as a Graduate Business Development Representative is:

Basic salary of GBP21k-GBP23k plus commission
OTE of GBP10k per annum
22 days annual leave increasing by one extra day off for every year of employment
