They're now looking for driven and ambitious graduates to join their sales team and further enhance their presence by driving new business opportunities.

Graduate Sales Development Representative Package:

Graduate Sales Development Representative Role:
  • Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company offering and the markets it operates within, competitors and their respective service offerings in order to ensure for you to present the business adequately in all forms of communication
  • Use researching techniques to generate sales leads and target organisations
  • Drive new business through prospect outreach, using phone calls, emails, social selling, attending events and networking, initiating business relationships and interest in the company offering
  • Book sales meetings with key external stakeholders for senior members of the sales team- you will shadow some of these meetings to gain exposure to clients and an understanding of the full sales cycle
  • Manage and maintain the company CRM system, inputting all client information and sales activity in an accurate and timely manner
Graduate Sales Development Representative Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target driven environment
  • IT literate
  • Ability to manage and prioritise your own time
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
