The role involves the production of detailed analytics reports from a variety of Trust data sources across the full spectrum of Trust services.

The post holder will analyse data from a range of Trust systems and present an integrated view of information to support contract monitoring, performance management, and the implementation of key policy agendas

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
  • Analyse and interpret complex data and information from a variety of sources and formats into information that is consistent, accurate, relevant and appropriate for use by a variety of audiences
  • To provide analytics for the trusts key stakeholders, including front line staff, corporate functions and central bodies
  • Use Office365 to a high standard to enable interpretation, analysis and manipulation of data
  • Support the monitoring of performance against activity targets, identifying and investigating variances, outliers, and trends, and identifying risks
  • Undertake complex analysis to cross check systems integration, system to system information and electronic to paper records to ensure that the information is consistent and timely
  • Work with the Electronic Records Project Team on the implementation of any new systems and the archiving of legacy systems
  • Interpret complex performance data, and to support performance managers in the production of reports
