Admin Apprentice

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work predominately within a small corporate admin team to support the HR and Corporate Support Lead and the Executive Leadership Team, with a variety of administrative duties.

We are looking for applicants who have good IT and communication skills and have the ability to work as part of a team and on their own. Most importantly has a can-do attitude and is keen to learn and achieve high standards. This role requires strict attention to detail, the ability to maintain confidentiality. You will be well supported in the work environment by an experienced and friendly team.

This role will provide experience, variety and insight in working within the healthcare sector presenting an excellent opportunity for those considering a career in HR or Administration and for individuals wanting to learn on the job whilst also gaining a Business Administration level 3 qualification.

As part of the apprentice scheme you will have access to study sessions, a mentor and a training provider. This is a 16 month fixed term contract and the successful candidate may be offered an opportunity to work with us permanently on completion of their apprenticeship.

You will work 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday and be based at our Head Office in Aztec West, Bristol and from home.

Benefits include: 25 days holiday plus public holidays, together with a 4% non-contributory pension. £4.70 per hour increasing to £5 on completion of probation.
