We are seeking an enthusiastic apprentice to join our Clinical Systems Training Team. The candidate will have knowledge of a GP Clinical System, preferably SystmOne or EMIS and a willingness to train and gain a formal L&D Level 3 Training qualification to become a Clinical Systems Trainer. No formal experience as a Trainer is necessary.
This would be an ideal role for someone working in a GP Practice, that has an enthusiasm for helping other staff members on their clinical systems. You might be the "go to person" for helping resolve "how do I?" questions. You might also be a super user in the practice. If this sounds like you, this job would be ideal for you, building on your enthusiasm to help others, whilst gaining a formal qualification to become a Trainer.
Main duties will include:
A full list of tasks and responsibilities is included within the job description.
You will be a people orientated person driven to provide excellent training and liaison with our customers. Organisational skills are a must.
You will be working as part of the wider Clinical Systems Training Team, but you must also be self-driven to meet deadlines through independent tasks.
The Apprenticeship will include studying for the Level 3 L&D qualification and the successful candidate would need to be highly committed to study whilst working, as required, to complete the apprenticeship.
We are looking to develop the successful candidate, providing the training and support required to achieve your best.
Please note that applicants that have already completed the Level 3 L&D qualification are not eligible to apply for this role.
Interviews are currently scheduled to take place 2nd November 2021
