Are you passionate about continuous quality improvement and providing high quality patient care?

If so, we are looking for a self-motivated individual to work with us to manage and continue to develop our Trauma and Orthopaedic Outpatient Department.

The Trauma Outpatient Department is a busy but rewarding environment to work in. Working alongside a team of Consultants, Registered Nurses, Health Care Assistants, Plaster Technicians, AHPs, Service Manager, Clinical Matron and administrative teams, you will be fully supported in this exciting role. The role requires you to be a problem solver, to be flexible, resilient and forward thinking.

It is expected that the post holder will have a nursing qualification, maintain a high level of clinical experience and ensure that outpatient performance targets are achieved and sustained. You will work with a multidisciplinary team of staff on a daily basis to ensure the highest levels of patient care and experience are achieved.

After you complete this four and a half days of training you will be able to explore further leadership and improvement training opportunities, we offer further in-house courses dependent upon your role and bitesize programmes and leadership apprenticeships at level 3,5 and 7.
