My client is a household name company that is looking to strengthen their busy IT department. As well as a strong IT skills the company prides itself on excellent customer service, so excellent interpersonal skills are essential

Role includes

?? Log customer and colleague problems

?? Install and configure computer systems

?? Diagnose and solve hardware and software faults

?? Analyse call logs to resolve underlying problems

?? Basic network troubleshooting

Personal Skills

?? Good problem solving skills

?? Good customer care skills

?? Ability to deal with difficult customers

?? Up-to-date technical knowledge

?? Ability to prioritise jobs appropriately

?? Good under pressure

?? A passion for all things IT

Experience of some of the following

?? Networking (LAN/WAN/TCPIP/DHCP/DNS)

?? Windows Desktop Support

?? Microsoft Office support

?? Hardware and Software troubleshooting

?? Hardware and Software testing

?? PC Rollouts

?? Mobile Device Support - Android/iPhone/Windows Phone/iPad

?? Active Directory

?? Exchange 2010/2013

?? Data Backups and Data Security

?? Anti-Virus - including virus removal

?? Windows Server 2010
