Distance learning supports educators, employers and learners across the UK, and internationally, by developing and delivering effective and innovative skills training and published educational content. They have a variety of innovative products and services for you're the Education and Corporate markets. Due to expansion they are looking to grow the sales team with the recruitment of 2 x Sales Development Representatives.
The Role: You will be tasked in representing their portfolio of online learning content largely to the Education sector including Schools, Colleges and Multi Academy Trusts. Targeted on booking demos for the experienced sales team members you will be speaking with Principals, Finance Directors, Head Teachers etc. All the tools are provided to you including Hubspot and Refract to aid your success. There are excellent progression opportunities and the earning potential is uncapped.
As a Graduate Sales Executive who are you?
You have graduated from university
You have excellent communication skills
You are coachable: You are not expected to start with all the answers. You will be trained and put in a position to succeed. We just need you to be open to trying new (and potentially uncomfortable at first) things and you will be taught along the way.
You are self motivated. You have a natural desire to apply yourself and want to do well.
You have good time management. You are able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
You are a team player and thrive working in a competitive yet supportive environment.The Package you will receive is:
GBP22,000- GBP24,000 Basic salary
GBP10,000 uncapped commission structure
