You will be joining an experienced team who will be able to give you the coaching, mentoring and support you need to complete your apprenticeship and will learn the skills to become a successful trainee consultant in a specialist industry. We only work retained assignments and have some amazing clients from SME's to Multi Billion Turnover companies.

• Ensure strong communication between functions to facilitate exchange of information • Improve office efficiency by analysing and planning work flow and administration processes • Market research and information gathering • Managing Handley James data tracker's • Registering and processing of new candidates • Candidate contact - Scheduling Interviews and candidate check in • Recruitment software administration • Social networking • Facilitating and monitoring General Data Protection Regulation's • General Administration • Maintenance of candidate and client files • Maintaining CRM system • Compliance
