Job Title: Lead Generation / Business Development Executive
Salary: GBP19,000- GBP22,000, OTE GBP35,000+
My client is a multi award-winning provider of communications and IT solutions for business. They provide a wide range of innovative solutions to for small to medium enterprises in the UK.
The main focus of this role is to make outbound telephone calls to a targeted database of potential customers, to generate new business opportunities for the sales team.
It is essential that you are a highly organised individual that sets personal goals to achieve the company sales targets, while also setting and achieving your own targets for self-development and growth. Being self-motivated is a key aspect of the role as the right person will want to grow a large account base from the data that we provide and must be experienced at actively negotiating business opportunities.
Within the role you will need to:
* Create customer relationships and develop new contacts within the database for sales targeting.
* Self-source leads for the sales team to pursue.
* Manage the database to spot opportunities, understand market changes and gain knowledge of on-going and future business requirements.
* Achieve personal targets, team targets and KPI's.
* Present our company to potential clients.
