Brief overview of the role
Gefco are recruiting for someone to work within the 2Wheels Control Tower department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company committed to providing quality, innovative value and logistics services. Apprenticeship summary
Working week: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (1/2 Hour Unpaid Lunch)
Weekly wage: GBP187.50 (GBP5p/h)
Expected duration:15 months

Vacancy description
Main purpose of the job:
•To answer all incoming Happy Fox enquires.
•To offer robust solutions, with time frames and empathy to all customer enquiries
•To answer all incoming calls to the control tower via your designated mobile/landline number
•Manages the relationship between partners and customers when relaying information.
•Organises and archives documents.
•Processes and monitors request or claims.
•Handle customer requests with professionalism and urgency.
•Identify and address problems and provides recommendations for problem resolution to ensure good customer service.
•Support with Cradle monitoring both UK and International
•Ad-hoc duties as and when required from time to time by your line manager.

Training to be provided.
This qualification provides the underpinning knowledge required by employees to work in a range of customer service roles.
•Learn to deliver excellent customer service and gain and increased awareness of understanding and meeting customers' needs.
•Understand legal and ethical requirements relating to customer service and maintaining customer service information.
•Learners will understand the relationship between good customer service and customer loyalty, and how this affects the organisation in terms of reputation and image.

Level 2 Apprenticeship in Customer Service Practitioner Standard
Functional Skills in maths, English and ICT (unless exempt)

The apprentice will have a dedicated assessor who will provide guidance and monitor progress throughout. You will have access to an online portfolio to allow you to monitor your progress and log work completed.
