This is an exciting, fast-paced role, which is fundamental in supporting the transformation in how NHS services are provided to the people of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. You will be supporting the Integrated Care System to deliver NHS England » Personalised care.

The post holder will be a key and important member of the Personalised Care team and provide a wide range of administrative support to the team. Key areas of the role will be providing administrative support to our strategic Co-production group - My Life Choices. This is a group of people with lived experience of personalised care. You will support the development of social prescribing and link workers, working 1 day a week with the Head of Social Prescribing by supporting the local and regional social prescribing collaborative group. You will also provide much needed support to the delivery of personal health budgets (PHBs).
