The Surrey Training Hubis a local partnership supporting the development and transformation of the primary and community care workforce through education and training across the Surrey Heartlands footprint. We are hosted by our partners CSH Surrey, and our aim is to help attract, recruit and retain staff to ensure that our workforce is fit for the future and so that our patients will benefit from high quality care and services.

The Surrey Training Hub have an exciting opportunity for an innovative, motivated and enthusiastic registered professional who is passionate about training the future primary care workforce across Surrey Heartlands.

The Primary Care Workforce Development Lead will lead on a range of projects including expanding clinical education placements for undergraduate and postgraduate students and increasing Apprenticeships across Primary Care in Surrey Heartlands.

The post holder will also work in collaboration with ICS Strategic Clinical Placement Leads to meet objectives outlined within the Clinical Placements Expansion Programme (CPEP), to review provision of clinical placements across the ICS and participate in a system wide network support group for sharing learning and opportunities in relation to CPEP.
