We are recruiting for an Apprentice Administrator to work at our Head Office in Southampton, to join our SHEQ & T Team (Safety, Health, Environmental, Quality & Training).

This is a work-based Apprenticeship spanning 18 months and as well as working, the Apprentice Administrator will attend Totton College fortnightly to complete NVQ Level 3 in Business & Administration.

Duties include but are not limited to;

* Inputting data into IT Systems in relation to training activities

* Using spreadsheets to manage data and create graphs

* Reviewing Training expiries

* Collating Training feedback information for trend analysis

* The digitisation of paper records into the new training app

* Administration support for quality audits

* Developing Toolbox Talks and company bulletins

* Collating feedback and completion records

* Supporting the Training Coordinator

* Supporting the Technical Administrator

* Using the telephone and MS Teams to coordinate training activities

* Sending and processing emails

* Setting up the training environment

* Photocopying/scanning/printing

* Any other Adhoc administration required by the SHEQ & T team

Skills/Background

* Strong IT skills, specifically knowledge of Microsoft Applications

* Organised, hardworking & proactive

* Excellent communication skills; written and verbal

* Good team player

* Personable character
