As an Administrator you will be playing an integral part in the smooth running of our business.
Our working hours - Either 8am-4.30pm or 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday shift available
Salary - Starting at 18500
What will the role entail?
?? Responding to customers via email, webchat and letter
. Being able to multitask and respond to all customer correspondence with accuracy and within service level agreements
?? Helping customers by providing suitable options to help resolve their queries
?? Handling customer disputes with confidence and addressing all questions raised
?? Ensuring all compliance and regulatory standards are followed and consistently met
?? Reception duties including greeting visitors and completing our signing in procedures
?? Working with other departments to help resolve customer enquiries quickly
?? Support contact centre colleagues with internal administration processes
What skills will I need?
?? Educated to degree level or have a minimum of 2 years+ relevant experience
?? Exceptional written communication skills are essential
?? Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, through accurate correspondence
?? Outgoing and friendly approach to the workplace
?? Highly organised and can work to strict deadlines
?? Self-motivated to achieve individual and team targets
