Successful candidates will be engaging with a broad mix of clients - across hospitality, leisure and many other sectors.

For this role, all you need is ambition, GCSEs in Maths and English, as well as an easy, relationship building manner. The beauty of the role is that you learn whilst you earn - you'll be placed on a nationally accredited training course worth more than GBP10k, one that assures progression if engaged with properly.

Business Development Executive Role:
  • Following up on and generating leads - reactively and proactively acquiring new business
  • Obtain a thorough working knowledge of the company, their offering and industry, in order to demonstrate products and run showcase sessions
  • Quickly handle smaller opportunities through to closing
  • Develop capability to manage the entire sales process end to end
  • Hand larger, qualified opportunities to senior sellers, before building the knowledge base to handle these opportunities yourself in time
  • Take ownership of maintenance contracts as well as new product selling
Business Development Executive:
  • GCSEs in Maths and English
  • Preferably a full, clean driving licence
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
