My client, an established and growing accountancy firm are seeking two Sales & Marketing Advisors to work from their offices in St Asaph.
You will undertake a variety of Customer Focused/Sales/Marketing duties and it is expected you will have a good level of knowledge of all MS Office programs.

You will work mostly unsupervised, situated within the Quality and Training Department in St Asaph and day to day duties will include:-
??Make outgoing calls to existing customers to make general enquiries regarding their current service and potential ongoing needs.
??Encourage incoming referrals from existing customers or the local business community.
??Build relationships into local businesses to enquire regarding potential needs of accountancy services.
??Deal with incoming queries over the phone, or take messages for people within the business who the call relates to.
??Following up Sales enquiries with prospective customers.
??Undertake relevant marketing activities to spread the company message in a positive way.
??Day to day administrative duties in line with business goals.
??Input of all discussions onto company CRM system.
