Join the multi-disciplinary team at Cefn Carnau as Clinical Services Manager to manage and develop a highly-skilled workforce across different professional disciplines. As part of the leadership team you will ensure that effective clinical interventions and treatments that enhance the delivery of the clinical services business plan are monitored and developed in line with current best practice.

Ideally an RNLD, you will have relevant clinical and managerial experience and a detailed understanding of statutory regulations, finance and people management skills.

Cefn Carnau is a service with three wards providing care for adults with a learning disability who may also present with mental illness, and benefits from excellent facilities including gardens and a tennis court to name a few.

Other Clinical Services Manager responsibilities include:
  • Supporting and contributing to the maintenance of the business relationships liaising with referrers and prospective purchasers.
  • Promoting an effective working relationship across the multidisciplinary teams.
  • Contributes to the development of Elysium policies, procedures, processes and initiatives.
  • Ensuring clinical services comply with statutory regulations and current legislation meet quality standards and deliver against key performance indicators.
  • Ensuring site objectives are being met and encouraging a high quality of service to attract new service users and key staff.
