Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust provide services from two main hospitals, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and West Middlesex University Hospital, and a number of clinics across London and the South-East. The Role

Apprentice Learning & Organisational Development Administrator

Fixed Term 18 Months. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Apprentice Administrator Band 3 to join our Learning and Organisational Development team based at Harbour Yard.

The role will involve various admin and support tasks whilst undertaking the CIPD L&D Level 3 apprenticeship; This includes supporting the end to end process for face to face and virtual training as well as providing supporting to staff in using a variety of systems across both trusts.

On successful and timely completion of the Apprenticeship plus Performance Development Review by their manager, the post holder may be offered the substantive post under Band 4 Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions. We operate within a shared services team operating across Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
