Job Details

Hands-on role with a focus on member engagement, Personal Trainer support, driving standards, supporting commercial performance.

Duties will include the following

- You will proactively monitor and drive member engagement at gym floor level

- Owning member feedback and partnering with your Gym Manager to ensure a safe and legal environment for our members to train in

- You will support your GM to create effective sales and marketing plans.

- Driving club joiner activity

- Club outreach and community events and activities.

- You will support your GM with people performance and will work closely with the Personal Trainer community providing appropriate support and proactively driving PT hiring.

 

Leading from the front, you will ensure best in class execution of the KINGS GYM Brand. You will be the driving force behind the execution of Gym Floor standards and will showcase high engagement, ownership and will exemplify what "KINGS looks like".

At Kings Gym. you will be working towards a Personal Trainer Enhanced Level 3 Apprenticeship standard over the course of 15 months.
