What will the apprentice be doing?

Our first-class Trainee Chartered Accountant (ACA or ACA/CTA) training programme enables you to develop a rewarding career in one of the UK's most forward-thinking, ambitious, and growing accountancy practice. We're looking for the next generation of managers, directors and partners who will drive our business forward and deliver our success.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Recognised as an ICAEW Partner in Learning, you will study on block release for the ACA qualification at First Intuition as part of a Level 7 Apprenticeship, to help you develop the wide-ranging skills needed to become a talented business adviser. You will be supported to complete a wide range of professional and personal development throughout your apprenticeship, both remotely and face to face, to ensure that you have skills and knowledge that you need to aid your future career development.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Once you become a Qualified Chartered Accountant you can progress to an Executive, Manager, Director and even a Partner with the firm. There are other responsibilities that you can take on as well depending on your interests.
