Job Title: Website and Marketing Co-ordinator

The Role:

We are looking for a hard-working individual to be part of our expanding ECommerce Team. Under the direction of the E-Commerce manager, to support the direction, functionality and marketing of the company's website, sales platforms and company branding.

Duties will include:
  • To support with content of company websites and support the development and use of social media to promote the company
  • To support with Google ads with search engine optimization to promote the website
  • To support with photography and videography within the company to market products and promote the company
  • To support with hard advertising design for the company to promote within the industry
  • To support in the management of customer services, both online and over the telephone
  • To support with development of consumer selling platforms
  • To support in digital brochure design
  • To support in company branding and design
  • To maintain equipment in a clean condition, undertaking routine checks, dealing with minor problems and identifying faults requiring rectification.
  • To receive, check and store all equipment and materials reporting on stock levels and conditions as required

The Person:
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent ICT skills
  • Ability to make decisions as to when and how duties are to be carried out only seeking advice and guidance when encountering serious problems
  • Ability to use their own initiative and work unsupervised
  • Honest and reliable
  • Flexible approach to accommodate the changing needs of the company

Skills Required:
  • 4 GCSEs grades 9-4 or equivalent (including Mathematics and English)
  • Level 2 or equivalent design/multimedia related qualification
  • Good numeracy/literacy skills
  • Website design and maintenance is desirable

The successful candidate will study a Digital Marketer Level 3 Standard. This will be aided by an assessor who will carry out all assessments as work-based learning within the workplace.

Working Hours and Wage:

37.5 Hours Per Week. 9am -5.15pm (45 min lunch)

£187.50 Per Week
