Duties
As an Insurance Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service to all MotoNovo customers and where appropriate, promote MotoNovo's insurance products with due consideration given to all applicable regulation. This role is very important to us, you will provide a first-class service to all new customers and act as the face of MotoNovo Finance.
What would your day look like?
● Carrying out customer welcome calls with day to day use of a dialler system
● Checking and confirming all customer details and promoting additional customer benefits
● Promoting MotoNovo's insurance products in line with the customer needs and regulatory requirements
● You will be the first point of contact for new MotoNovo customers, ensuring that all customers receive the best possible customer experience

Mon-Fri - (9 A.M -5 P.M) - please note - you will be required to work 1 late shift per week - 11 A.M - 7 P.M
1 Saturday per month (9 A.M - 4 P.M)

What do we expect of you?
● Sales experience, within a call centre environment would be desirable
● The ability to show resilience within a heavily targeted role
● Excellent customer service skills
● An eye for detail and strong accuracy skills
● The ability to adapt in a changing environment
● To be a highly motivated individual with a proactive approach to challenges
● Working experience in a regulated environment would be desirable
Qualifications
Grade A - C in GCSE Maths and English desirable.

Who can apply?

- will need to meet the Civil Service Nationality requirements to apply.
ALS eligibility
Please note that ALS our training providers have their own eligibility in order to provide the funding required to undertake an apprenticeship. You may not be eligible to apply if:
- you already hold a qualification at Level 3 or above in ICT, Software, Web and Telecoms or a similar subject
- you already hold a qualification at Level 3 or above in Business Administration, Customer Service or a similar subject
What are the benefits?
How much will I be paid?
You will earn £19,240 a year while training. When you pass your apprenticeship you can apply for a permanent job at the Welsh Government. Within 2 years of starting your apprenticeship you could be earning £22,500.
You will get 31 days holidays as well as 10 public and privilege days. We offer flexible working arrangements to help you get the right work/life balance. You will also be eligible for membership of the Civil Service Pension Scheme
