Duties Include:
  • Business Analysis - investigate & analyse to solve complex problems and concepts
  • Business Modelling - represent real world situations to aid communication & understanding of different scenarios
  • Business process testing - plan, design, manage & report business process tests and usability evaluations
  • Understand the needs of stakeholders with a view to meeting these through business change and or digital solutions
  • Use technology to deliver business improvement & benefit
  • Create, update and maintain solution documentation
  • Assist other business analysts and project teams to develop business cases supporting the adoption of RPA in the finance function & wider business
  • Implement the full life-cycle of RPA solutions: identify RPA opportunities; gather requirements; design, document and implement, test and deploy targeted RPA solutions
  • Develop scalable and reusable RPA components that can be leveraged across different lines of business (such as HR, IT and supply chain)
  • Serve as subject matter expert to others seeking to utilize RPA technologies to automate and streamline existing manual business processes


Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Familiarity with Office VBA, SharePoint, Box, OneDrive preferred.
  • Comfortable working with data and reporting tools such as Excel. Power BI preferred but not essential

  • Analytical thinker, able to move from high-level concepts to details and solutions with limited guidance.
  • Process and solutions oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in scenarios that are not well defined or structured.
  • Customer focused, with desire to exceed established client, project and performance goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills, strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present in a clear and concise manner to all levels within the business.


Desired qualifications

  • GCSE's grade A-C or 4 and above.
  • A-Levels grade A-C
