Working under the supervision of the Office Manager within our Paraplanner and Administration team, the role involves:
  • Dealing with enquiries by telephone and email
  • Logging and scanning correspondence
  • Updating and maintaining client databases and systems
  • Performing benefit calculations
  • Preparing letters, reports, quotations and other paperwork
  • Preparing and coordinating mailings and meeting packs
  • Liaising with external organisations and insurance companies
  • Maintaining accurate records in respect of actions taken, to ensure that the process is efficient
  • Carry out any other duties requested by line manager to assist with general office duties and to develop the apprentice to their full potential

Desired qualifications

Minimum 5 GCSEs at grades 9-4 (A*-C) (or equivalent) in English andmaths.

Future prospects

We would like the apprentice, on completion of the course and relevant training, to become a full-time employee and continue their career development with us.

This has been the case with our previous Apprentices.

Things to consider

This is an office based role within a Dynamic business so you will do a variety of roles and will be supporting other staff in completing Client work.

Good written and inter-personal skills are a must, as the role involves proficient communication with other staff and clients.
